Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dentlytics platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including clinic administrators, staff, and any person accessing the platform.

2. Description of Service

Dentlytics is a multi-tenant dental practice management platform providing appointment scheduling, patient records management, dental charting, billing, analytics, and related services for dental clinics in India.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Each clinic is provisioned as a separate tenant with isolated data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or platform infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.

5. Patient Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all patient data entered into Dentlytics complies with applicable healthcare data protection laws. You must obtain appropriate patient consent before storing their records on the platform. Dentlytics acts as a data processor on behalf of your clinic.

6. Billing and Payments

During the beta period, Dentlytics is available at no cost. When paid plans are introduced, you will be notified in advance with at least 30 days' notice. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated before any charges apply.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentlytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Dentlytics in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
